To ensure transparent and fair management for both parties, the following cancellation conditions are established:
To receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid, the cancellation must be made at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
If the cancellation is made between 7 and 30 calendar days before arrival, the guest will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.
The date and time taken as reference will be the moment when the formal written cancellation request is received.
